Armin Mueller is a Managing Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has more than 20 years of management experience, including over 10 years as CEO and CFO of international private and listed companies in industrial sectors including automotive, luxury and consumer goods. From 2001 to 2004 Dr Mueller was a Partner in a leading German management consultancy heading international restructuring and value enhancement projects. His primary focus is on restructuring and turnaround, strategic and structural realignment and corporate fitness. In the course of his consultancy experience he has held executive responsibilities acting as Interim Manager or Chief Restructuring Officer.

Hans-Bernd Lipinski is a Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has more than 25 years’ senior management experience in renowned companies in the automotive, automotive supplier and engineering sectors in Europe and Asia. Most recently Mr Lipinski managed the worldwide manufacturing network and logistics operations for an international leader in the mechanical engineering sector. His primary consulting focus is on restructuring, optimisation of business processes, lean management, lean production / TPS, supply chain management, relocation of production sites and increasing material efficiency. He has extensive managerial experience including interim management.

Johann Leitl is a Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has a long-term experience in Sales and Marketing-Management of renowned brands. In the last 20 years he also managed business and organisational turnaround projects as well as turnarounds of corporate and leadership culture in more than 80 market constellations. After his experience in the industry Mr Leitl became a Partner of a large international consultancy. He has accomplished various additional educations in executive-training and –coaching. His primary focus is on market- and customer-oriented restructuring of companies, on management and team performance as well as brand-driven consulting.

Carlos Mack Castelletti is a partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has over 20 years of experience in insolvency proceedings at national and international level. From 13 district courts in Germany, he was appointed as insolvency- and intrinsically administrator. In accordance with the development of insolvency law in Germany he is increasingly involved in the restructuring of ongoing operations by insolvency plan procedure. Another focus of his work lies in the restructuring of companies, in particular financial and organisational structures as well as in corporate transactions. He has conducted far more than 100 corporate insolvencies and turnarounds. In out-of-court matters, Dr. Mack acts as managing CRO, liquidator or trustee. For years he has been involved in both the INSOL Europe as well as in the association TMA (Turnaround Management Association). Dr. Mack is the senior partner in our Milan office.

Michael Klotz is a Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has more than 20 years of management experience in international companies of the automotive and recycling industry. During his career in the industry, he was leading various manufacturing operations in Europe, Latin America, the USA and Asia. He has extensive expertise in quality, plant- and general management. He managed existing domestic and foreign sites through difficult turnaround situations and as well gained start-up experiences. Mr. Klotz worked as a Managing Director in Germany, Mexico and Austria. Most recently, he spent 5 years as COO with international responsibility. In the course of his consultancy experience Mr. Klotz has also worked as an interim manager. His primary focus includes restructuring, increase of efficiency, compliance, optimisation of business processes, lean management, quality management and operational due diligence.

Michele Sodi is Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has more than 25 years of Fashion management- and consulting experience, including over 15 years as President of renowned Fashion Houses in America. Michele Sodi has turned around and developed businesses growing corporate value significantly also in co-operation with Private Equity firms. His primary focus is on strategic and structural realignment and leadership competencies. On the operational side he is especially engaged in collection development, licenses, wholesale, retail and brand management. In the course of his consultancy experience he has acted regularly on international secondments also as Interim Manager.

Fernando del Val is Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants. He has more than 25 years of management- and consulting experience starting as certified auditor of a big-five audit firm. Furthermore, he acted many years as CFO and Board Member of Automotive suppliers. Fernando del Val has also been involved in turnaround cases as well as in increasing corporate value partly in co-operation with Private Equity firms. His primary focus is on restructuring and realignment of automotive and engineering businesses. Operationally he is especially engaged in all aspects of the CFO function and holistic business development. In the course of his consultancy experience he has acted regularly as Interim Manager.

Simon Wright – Associate Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He has more than 25 years of management, industrial and consulting experience. Industry experience includes aerospace, automotive OEM & Tier 1. He has held director level positions in plant management, operations, R&D, purchasing and international project management living and working in UK, USA, Europe and Japan. Simon WRIGHT is skilled in developing process, product and quality improvements. Performing footprint and process optimisation across international plant structures, creating positive work environments and high-performance teams.

Main focus: Operational, restructuring, lean manufacturing, 6S, quality, SCM & Interim management.

Andrej Koprivec, CFA – is the Managing Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants d.o.o. in Ljubljana. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, restructuring, consulting as well as in business strategy. Of these years more than 10 were also spent on boards of directors and supervisory boards.

In addition to normal consulting projects Mr. Koprivec can also serve as an interim CFO/ CRO in restructuring and turn around projects. As board member he usually heads-up financial matters and audit committees. He initially gained experience working as an auditor and later a consultant in 3 of the BIG4 accounting firms. From 2013 onwards he re-focused on restructuring engagements and related M&A projects. 

He has extensive expertise in selling companies, refinancing, valuation, due diligence as well as strategic and operational realignment services. His portfolio of projects spans across various industries from financial services, automotive, energy to IT related industries.

John Hooks – BA (Oxon) English Language and Literature – is Associate Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants srl. He has had an extensive career in the luxury fashion industry. He started as commercial director for the Valentino prêt-à-porter collection in the mid 1980’s. Early 1990’s, he was one of the first fashion executives to be based in mainland China, also establishing regional subsidiaries in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Australia. From 1995 to 2000 he acted as commercial and retail Director of a German top-luxury brand followed by 12 years at Giorgio Armani, becoming Deputy Chairman of the company. From 2011 to 2014 he was Group President for Europe and the Middle East of one of the most important American luxury brand and thereafter appointed senior adviser at McKinsey & Company until 2021. Mr. Hooks held and holds several Non-Executive Director positions, among others of Manchester United plc since 2012. His primary focus is on strategic and structural realignment, business development and networking, sales and marketing of fashion brands as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Massimo Dovier – Dottore Commercialista / Revisore Legale – has been working with ADMETAM Business Consultants since the foundation of the Italian legal entity.He trained in various tax and accountant firms in Milan and, during his career, has specialized in the areas of corporate taxation, corporate consulting, restructuring, company reorganization, and generational handover. He holds directorships and non-exec. board positions in several companies, including holding, energy, real estate and consulting companies, with delegated powers in the administrative, financial and tax areas. As part of his engagements in corporate planning/ -reporting and -development he also works on finance and capital structures, providing equity and debt both in Italy and internationally. Within ADMETAM he focuses on all aspects of financial management as well as dealing with tax and civil law consultancy in extraordinary transactions.

Özgür Saygı is Business Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants Ltd.Şti.. He has specialized in financial analysis, loan allocation and marketing in national and international banks for nearly 20 years. During this period, he worked as branch manager and commercial marketing regional manager. Since 2012, as the founder of his company, he has been predicting the financial future of companies and producing solutions with the “Finance Simulation Module” he has developed. He provides consultancy services to companies on finance, cash flow, budget planning, firm-bank relations, investment, financial restructuring and concordat. Özgür Saygı is Member of the Board of Directors, Foyder (TMA Turkey).

MANUEL BRKOVIC – Master of Electrical Engineering, Lean & Six Sigma Master – is an Associate Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants GmbH. He is a seasoned Supply Chain Manager with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operational transformation. With a strong background in production engineering, product development, quality management and supply chain management, he has a proven track record in driving operational excellence across diverse industries. Manuel’s expertise is particularly focused on implementing lean management principles, enhancing business processes, and leading complex transformations. He is adept at increasing productivity and efficiency, managing large-scale digitalization projects, and guiding organizations through change. His hands-on approach and decisive leadership have resulted in significant improvements in material efficiency and production site relocations. He also acted as Interim Manager.
