Massimo Dovier – Dottore Commercialista / Revisore Legale – has been working with ADMETAM Business Consultants since the foundation of the Italian legal entity.He trained in various tax and accountant firms in Milan and, during his career, has specialized in the areas of corporate taxation, corporate consulting, restructuring, company reorganization, and generational handover. He holds directorships and non-exec. board positions in several companies, including holding, energy, real estate and consulting companies, with delegated powers in the administrative, financial and tax areas. As part of his engagements in corporate planning/ -reporting and -development he also works on finance and capital structures, providing equity and debt both in Italy and internationally. Within ADMETAM he focuses on all aspects of financial management as well as dealing with tax and civil law consultancy in extraordinary transactions.
