Andrej Koprivec, CFA – is the Managing Partner of ADMETAM Business Consultants d.o.o. in Ljubljana. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, restructuring, consulting as well as in business strategy. Of these years more than 10 were also spent on boards of directors and supervisory boards.
In addition to normal consulting projects Mr. Koprivec can also serve as an interim CFO/ CRO in restructuring and turn around projects. As board member he usually heads-up financial matters and audit committees. He initially gained experience working as an auditor and later a consultant in 3 of the BIG4 accounting firms. From 2013 onwards he re-focused on restructuring engagements and related M&A projects.
He has extensive expertise in selling companies, refinancing, valuation, due diligence as well as strategic and operational realignment services. His portfolio of projects spans across various industries from financial services, automotive, energy to IT related industries.
